Resisting From Playing The Blame Game

A very common negative habit that some of us possess is blaming others when required, either in the family or at the workplace, to save face & gain temporary respect, even if it is at the expense of someone loosing face & being disrespected. It is a very common occurrence in offices when an issue arises between people, before the issue is taken up with the head of the particular department or the office, one of the two people involved in the conflict, who is more at fault, will present his case to the head in such a way so as to blame the other & to free himself & maintain his reputation in the office & find favor with the head.

Let us look it from a higher level. The person who blames is attached to an image of himself being as being extremely efficient & well-respected at the workplace, who never does anything wrong or incorrectly. He identifies with this image completely & because of that is very attached to it. In the above scenario, if he lets his mistake come out in the open, this internal image, which he carries, would get tarnished (harmed), something which he is in love with. So there is attachment & because of that there is fear of loss or harm to the object to which there is attachment, the image in this case. This image, which is so defined in spiritual language, is called reputation in common language. Also, there is attachment with an internal image of being more successful by getting a possible promotion & progressing at the workplace in the future. This image is also about to get damaged since the job might be lost or a promotion might be stopped. So there is attachment to this second image & fear of harm to this image also. To protect these two images, the person plays the blame game. The Law of Karma, though, does catch up sooner or later with such a person and with such behavior. Being honest may cause temporary harm to these two internal images or reputation as defined above, but one remains safe according to karmic principles in the long run & the temporary harm, if any, is undone & respect regained.

Like water, which over a period of time freezes & takes the form of frozen ice cubes, when kept in an ice tray; perceptions of different things, people & events, inside our consciousness, which come onto the surface of our consciousness regularly i.e. we shape our thoughts, words & actions based on them, regularly, take the form of rigid perceptions over a period of time. These rigid or 'frozen perceptions', which sometimes never liquefy in our entire lifetime, are commonly called our beliefs, which can stick in our consciousness like ice cubes & be difficult to uproot at times. One of the greatest harms that holding to a set of beliefs does is, that it doesn't let us see from other peoples' point of view.

RE BIRTHING HELPS TO CLEAN YOUR ENERGY FIELD....dr.vandana raghuvanshi

True spiritual knowledge, which gets stored in the intellect, & the experience of meditation, which purifies the intellect as well as our conscience, both together, make us aware of the definition as well as give us an experience of what is the truth & what is false, what is right & what is wrong. As a result of that, we are able to maintain the first stage of the intellect conscience relationship very easily in our day-to-day actions.

RE-BIRTHING BREATH WORK, CHANDIGARH, INDIA

Negative thinking blocks your success, it makes you feel bad, you feel like you can’t ahead & you never get what you want.
When you have a pattern of regular negative thinking, when you think of the worst, focus on why you can’t do something & when you’re just negative you’ll attract & have more negative situations in your life.
That’s because as you continue to hold on to your negative thoughts they become beliefs.
These beliefs are picked up by your subconscious mind, which then brings you situations & opportunities that match with your negative thoughts & negative beliefs.
Here are some examples of simple negative thoughts that can really make your life difficult, create more struggle, more pain & more stress:
“I can’t…”
“I don’t know how…”
“I’m not good enough…”
“It will never work…”
“There’s no way to…”
“It’s too difficult/hard…”
“I’m not smart enough…”
“I have to work harder…”
“It’s not easy…”

If you have any of these kinds of thoughts then you have some negative thinking that’s creating negative beliefs.
The more negative thoughts you have, the more negative beliefs you’ll have & the harder life will get.
That’s because your subconscious mind will just make sure that your life reflects your thoughts & beliefs.
You need to get rid of the negative thinking & the negative beliefs, the sooner the better.
Now one or two negative thoughts once in a while are usually harmless & won’t have much of an impact.
It’s those negative thoughts that are repeated over & over again that become beliefs & that really get in the way of your success.

Here’s an example:
You want to make more money. So you think about making more money.
Then you have a thought that says: “it’s too hard to make more money.”
You talk to a friend, who says: “Yeah, it’s tough to make money these days.”
Your earlier negative thought just got re-enforced. So now you start to believe that it’s hard to make money.

Then one day you talk to another friend who gives you some suggestions on how to make more money, but instead of following up you think: “that will never work, I’ll just end up losing money.”
So you walk away from the opportunity.
Do you see what just happened?
You had one negative thought about money, that was re-enforced & created a negative belief about money and you then turned away an opportunity to make some money because of more negative thoughts & negative beliefs which held you back.
This is how negative thinking destroys your life.
It starts with on negative thought, then leads to another and then you create negative beliefs.
Then those negative beliefs are picked up by your subconscious mind & you take the wrong action, do the wrong thing, make the wrong choice or don’t do anything.
Now we both know that’s not what you want.
But that’s what you keep creating when you hold on to those negative thoughts & negative beliefs.

These negative thoughts & negative beliefs have been with you for a long time & you think that’s just the way it really is. But it’s only that way because that’s what you accept.

Now you have to change those negative thoughts & negative beliefs.
And you start by putting an end to the negative thinking.
You do that by going one thought at a time. You remove the negative thoughts one at a time. You can do this for any thought but I also suggest you think about your goals and remove any negative thoughts that you have when it comes to achieving those goals.
But do one thought at a time. If you try to remove all of them at one time you’ll get frustrated, your mind will put up a fight and you’ll give up. Don’t try to do too much at one time.
You won’t be able to get rid of all your negative thoughts right away. This will take some time so have some patience but be persistent. Keep at it because your future depends on your ability to get rid of  the negative thoughts.

Remember: if you keep those negative thoughts, life will only get worse. So put an end to the negative today. You’ll enjoy a much better, happier and more rewarding life.

Get started today & get rid of those negative thoughts one at a time.
